As the business grew and diversified, so did the complexity of its digital landscape. The platform evolved into a combination of WordPress, Laravel, and a legacy database. While this setup supported daily operations, it became increasingly unclear how well it could support modern LMS functionality, security standards, and long-term maintainability without a structured technical assessment.
