In 2023, our revenue grew by 102%, which landed us at rank 33 on Clutch’s 2023 list of the 100 fastest-growing companies—a milestone that means even more during these challenging times. Those four fateful years ago, when the pandemic hit, it sent shockwaves through the tech industry. Digitalization swept across industries, and everyone jumped on its bandwagon. But, as the dust settled, most of these new doors to countless opportunities turned out to lead to dead ends. 

The current economic climate is unforgiving. As the tide turns, it brings with it a series of tough decisions for companies everywhere. From fledgling startups to established giants like Tesla, Meta, and Google, layoffs are becoming a harsh reality for many.

Behind the scenes 

Reflecting on this recent success, we’re struck by a deep sense of humility. It’s easy to feel like everything is falling into place when you're on a winning streak. The stars align, fortune smiles upon you, and your place under the sun feels warm. But what happens when that luck fades? For us, the answer has always been clear: our strength lies in our team, partners, and clients. They're the backbone of everything we achieve. In part, we found ourselves in the right place at the right time, but it was our team that truly capitalized on the opportunities before us.

In 2020, we were a group of five. Now we’ve grown to a vibrant team of over twenty, and our revenue has skyrocketed by 366%. We're determined not to let this be a mere stroke of good fortune. Our focus is unwavering: nurturing the team and partnerships that made this success a reality. 

The power of feedback

Curious about what they felt was missing, we turned their insights into initiatives. We've made it a priority to foster an open feedback environment where everyone feels comfortable coming to us at any time, not just when we ask for feedback. Depending on what you need, support might look like tapping into an educational budget, having a one-on-one to tailor communication styles, or sometimes, it’s just about giving you the space to explore your ideas. Moreover, we’re formalizing the way knowledge flows in our office. The everyday insights that emerge are too valuable not to share, so we’re planning to bring them to a wider audience through our blog.

Now, three months past the New Year, while the Earth itself is busy with rebirth, it's clear we're heading the right way.
