Thespian Receives Prestigious “Zlatna Kuna” Recognition

We are humbled and deeply honored to have received the Croatian Chamber of Economy's “Zlatna kuna” recognition as the most successful small company in Zagreb County in 2023.

Our focus has always been on building sustainable software solutions. Software isn’t just something that’s consumed and forgotten. It grows and evolves, adapting to the market and continuously driving businesses forward. Just as our technology progresses, so do we—always improving, always moving, and always ready to meet the next challenge head-on.

2023: A Year of Growth, Milestones, and New Beginnings 

2023 marked significant growth for Thespian in more ways than one. We started new and expanded most of our existing partnerships, our team grew from 12 to more than 20 employees, and we moved into a bigger, brighter office space—symbolic of the milestones we’ve achieved and the challenges we are eager to tackle next.

This growth and success didn’t happen overnight. Our model of nurturing long-term partnerships has been vital to everything we’ve achieved. While we were busy building projects, our clients and partners were, in fact, building us. Their trust, collaboration, and shared vision have been the foundation of our success, and we’re forever grateful.

This very approach—focusing on relationships rather than just technology—saw us thrive even in challenging times. Our revenue soared by 102% last year, and we were ranked 33rd on Clutch’s 2023 list of the 100 fastest-growing companies, as well as being named one of the leading companies in the Manifest Company Awards.
